Important Sauna Rules

  • Use of the sauna should not exceed 30 minutes total. Maximum use 15 minutes per session.
  • Excessive exposure can be harmful to health.
  • Exit immediately if you experience any nausea, dizziness, headaches, or other discomfort
  • Drink plenty of water before and after leaving the sauna
  • Check with a doctor before using it if you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant.
  • Persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, circulatory or respiratory problems, seizures or epilepsy should not enter the sauna without prior medical consultation
  • Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed in the sauna.
  • Be careful when using the stove. Be careful when walking next to the stove.
  • DO NOT TOUCH the stove without the protective glove.
  • The surface of the rocks, the stove, and the surrounding area can be extremely hot; use caution.
  • No smoking is allowed inside the sauna.
  • No alcohol or drugs consumption is allowed inside the sauna
  • No body scrub or heavy make-up is allowed inside the sauna
  • No food is allowed inside the sauna
  • No animals are allowed inside the sauna
  • Remove all metal jewelry prior to entering sauna
  • Minors must be always supervised by a guardian.
  • Seniors must enter at their own risk.
  • Do not use the sauna to dry clothes, swimsuits, or towels or place materials near the stove
  • Newspapers, magazines, or other reading materials are prohibited inside the sauna
